The Houston Iyengar Yoga Studio has been thriving since 1995, at our Montrose location since 2002. We think you’ll enjoy our well-equipped space in the historic Clarke & Courts Building, now called the Tribeca Lofts.

In addition to morning, evening and weekend classes, each year, the studio is host to three highly skilled and sought-after senior teachers who teach weekend workshops to students experienced in the Iyengar method. The studio also hosts teacher-certification assessments attended by candidates and assessors from all over the United States.
